Yay, I was at yet another job interview this morning and I just got got the call that they really liked me and I got the job!! 
It's in sales, so it's not some fantasy job like a chocolate tester, or a professional rider but it pays really well, the hours are great and I think I can do really well in it and it will be sooo good to be able to stop stressing so much about money. I mean with zero money coming in and all the costs of living going out, you really start to panic 
But no more!
I've got a feeling that when I get my first pay, i'll go on a bit of a commission spree of all those people i've always wanted to but not been able to spare the cash. It's almost a thanks to the DA community for keeping me sane through all the stresses lately.
I luff you my DA luffs (yes you!)
I'm so happy and relieved I just had to share it!!

So it'll be my birthday a week today and i'll be 21! :party:
I think it'll be rather quiet though, just me and my boyfriend - we're taking a daytrip over to Edinburgh. Things are extremely tense with my family right now and my friends are busy/need to work but at least i'll get a wee giftie or two and some company from my boyfriend to make me feel all warm and fuzzy if not from others. I'm appreciative of what I do have... rather than what I don't :shrug:

Really trying to find a job for the summer as University is finished and no more student loan payments.. So no money coming in whatsoever at the moment. Argh!

And so... i've decided to celebrate in a way that's both arty and that says thanks to the people that have supported my art by opening up a few art requests for my watchers. It's kinda the mark of a new start for this account as I've not been anywhere near as active as i should be and I need to put more time into my art.
